Philip Gray was born in Belfast in 1968 and started his playing career for Northern Ireland schoolboys, when he was 15 years old. At the age of 16 he moved to England to play with Tottenham Hotspur as an apprentice, signing his first professional contract with them in 1986.
From here he went on to play for Luton Town, Sunderland and then into Europe signing for ASNL Nancy in France and Fortuna Sittard in The Netherlands. Coming back to the UK in 1998 he returned to Luton, Burnley and finished his career as a professional at Oxford Utd.
During this time, he played for his national team of Northern Ireland, scoring 6 international goals and earning 26 caps, playing in both euro and world cup qualifying games.
Phil has a wealth of experience, thanks to his 16 years as a professional footballer and this has allowed him to harness his knowledge to help players in todays game, secure the best possible outcome for their future careers.
