R v PCS & Others Operation Tuletta

The firm was instructed to represent a private investigator in relation to numerous allegations of computer hacking.  Incorporating the Leveson inquiry, the police set up specific operations to investigate the link between corporate business, media intrusion and professional hacking.

This was linked to Operation Weeting, Operation Kalamyk and Operation Elveden, set up to look at phone hacking and involved the arrest of over 60 journalists.

After representing and advising our client, who was on police bail for over 5 years, our representations saw all charges dropped.
