Fiona Saunderson

Fiona joined Carson Kaye in 2025 as a Solicitor, with a strong background in criminal defence.

Fiona graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2022 with a First Class Degree in Law. She then started as a trainee solicitor at a Specialist Criminal Defence practice in South London, where she successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams whilst working full time and managing an extensive load.

Fiona has worked exclusively in criminal defence and has gained significant experience preparing and managing cases across a wide range of criminal offences including homicide, serious violence, drug offences, robbery and sexual offences. She has also worked on cases involving gangs and organised crime.

Fiona is dedicated to obtaining the best result for her clients, ensuring each case is prepared meticulously and that the approach taken is tailored to the circumstances and needs of each client.

Fiona is committed to continuing her professional development and is currently pursuing her Police Station Accreditation.
