Kate joined Carson Kaye in 2026 as a Solicitor.

Prior to joining the firm, she has exclusively practiced in criminal defence in highly regarded law firms throughout her career. She has proven experience representing clients accused of a wide range of serious and complex offences.  She is also qualified in Australia, where for several years she dominated as an advocate appearing in the higher courts of Victoria.
